Teri Vasko, 75, of Riverdale, passed away on April 14, 2024, at St. Luke's Good Samaritan Home in Kearney.

Teri was born on May 24, 1948, in North Platte, to Charles and Maxine (Southworth) Schlientz.

She attended Lexington High School, graduating with the class of 1966. She later earned her x-ray technician degree from Scottsbluff Community College.

On Feb. 27, 1971, she married Robert L. Vasko in Lexington.

Teri was an employee of Kearney Bone and Joint Clinic for many years.

She enjoyed playing cards and attending concerts. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Teri was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Vasko; son, Miles Vasko; and her sister, Cristy Schlientz.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Ethan (Heidi) Vasko and their children, Karsyn and Cooper Vasko of Kearney; longtime companion of Miles Vasko, Kirsten Perkins and her son, Josh Vasko, of Lincoln; stepsons, Tyler and wife Cathy of Torrington, Wyoming, Scott of Pine Bluff, Wyoming, and Kelly and wife Donna of Omaha; many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Toni (Larry) Smith of Hastings, Kelly (Steve) Thomalla of North Platte and Kent (Val) Schlientz of St. George, Utah; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
