OBITUARY

Funeral services for John R.Eich, 48, Lexington will be at 10:00 a.m. today, June 1, 2002 at the Reynolds-Love Chapel in Lexington with Fr. Don Buhrman officiating. Burial will be at the St. Ann's Cemetery, Lexington.

John died Wednesday, May 29, 2002 at Plum Creek Care Center in Lexington. He had been a resident there since October 2001, after moving back from a 7 year stay in Cabot, Arkansas. He had been fighting a battle with brain tumors.

John was born July 29, 2953 in Lexington to Marilyn Joan Eich. He attended schools in Lexington and graduated from St. Ann's High School in 1972. He enjoyed rodeos, camping and anything to do with the outdoors.

Survivors include his daughter, Stacy Leigh Eich of Wyoming; mother and step­ father, Marilyn (Keith) Pearson, Cozad; four sisters, Pam (Jerry) Ward, Dannebrog, Pat Scheuffele and Karen Pearson, both of Lexington and Jackie (Bob) Ogg, Madrid, one brother, Keith D. Pearson, Lexington and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John H. and Hattie (Pruden) Eich; one uncle, Lyonel Eich; and one niece, Tricia Scheuffele.

Memorials are suggested to the Eich family.
