Lisa Tappan was born May 17, 1964, in Gothenburg, to George Lee and Georgia Ann Tappan. She grew up in Gothenburg and received her education from Lexington High School, graduating with the class of 1982. Lisa was married to Brad Uhrich for 27 years. To this union three children were blessed.
Lisa put up a fight that nobody should ever have to endure, but she knew she had to fight so she had more time with her boys and her grandkids. That extra time she had with them meant the world to her! Lisa was a selfless woman who didn’t ask for much in life — just good times with her family and good health for her boys and grandbabies.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tim Uhrich and wife, Misty of Grand Island, Chris Uhrich and girlfriend, Sarah Longoria of Doniphan and Brandon Uhrich and significant other, Eric Clevenger of Ohio; grandchildren, Landi, Ella, Alexis, Junior, Joey and Tanner; brothers, Rick, Dan, Tony, Ronnie and Walt; sisters, Penny and Kathy; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson, David.
