Comments: I graduated from KSC (now, UNK) in 1986 and taught in Houston, TX and Norfolk, NE. In 1988, I married Mike Maguire (LHS, 1980) and moved to Kentucky. We settled back in Lexington and now have two boys, Max-13 years old and Elliot-10 years old. Mike works for Kinder Morgan as a service technician and I teach first grade at Morton Elementary in Lexington. My hobbies tend to go in phases...I have enjoyed gardening, scrap booking and most recently, knitting.

Comments: Hello all, My wife Renee and I have been married for 25 years and have two kids. Beca is 22 and is a senior in college doing a Psychology/Spanish dual major at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. Clay is a sophomore studying engineering and playing baseball at Northeastern as well. Renee and I have lived in Texas, Nevada, Iowa and Nebraska before settling down in Oklahoma, for now I guess. I still work for Caterpillar and my duties are as a Regional Service Manager covering the eastern half of Oklahoma. Our family enjoys going on cruises, riding 4-wheelers and many other outdoor activities. Go Big Red!

Comments: Matt and I have been living in Bertrand since 1984, we have 3 children Ashley 23, Gage 16, and Abbe 13. Also a Grandchild Carson 3 mo. I am the Jail Administrator in Phelps County (don't ask), Matt is the Bertrand Village utilities superintendent. We golf a lot and keep busy with work and the kids. Going through high school again, I'll be worn out by the time Abbe gets there.

Comments: Hello Class of 1982! Thirty awesome years already and 20 since the last reunion I attended. I was finishing construction the Cabela's Kansas City store 10yrs. ago…crazy.
The important stuff….my wife Kimberly graciously agreed to marry me 22 years ago. We met while attending the University of Nebraska she was a Social Science major and graduated first while I dabbled in the sciences. Somehow I graduated in 1993. The "clan" has grown to 4 men and 3 grandkids. My stepson Matt is our oldest at 29, has 3 kids, and served 2 tours in Iraq as an MP in the Army. Daniel is 18 and just finished his first yr. of college. He is studying to be a missionary evangelist. Nicholas is 15 and plays drum on the church's worship team, he has started road bicycling with me…so far I can still drop him. Elijah is 13, plays all types of guitars with loud amps and is a volunteer at the local reptile zoo. Kimberly will always be 29 and has been to Belize and India on mission's trips. She gave up her career in Child Support Enforcement to raise "us boys" after I graduated, she homeschools the kids, and is way under paid. She is my hero.
While at UNK I started my 16 yr. career with Cabela's Retail. I was the aquatics designer/project manager until 2004 helping build 9 stores. It was during this time that I took up the nasty habit of mountaineering and acquiring useless toys. Still climbing Colorado's Fourteeners, gave up the winter camping though.
I am currently working as an engineer for GE's Water business (GE Power and Water). No clue how I got here…going on 8yrs designing water purification systems for the pharmaceutical market, Coke, Pepsi, and whatever else comes up.
Current interests are road bicycling, mountaineering, mission's work, and as much travel as we can get away with. God Bless.
